Our recent stay at Knysna Log-Inn Hotel was a pleasant experience. The room size was great and offered good value for money. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and steam area, which were perfect for the kids. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff members were incredibly friendly. we would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent amenities.

Family-friendly place, you know. You can see the city from your window. It was across the shopping area.

Extras like climate control, a work desk and a couch bed were appreciated. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Wimpy that was only 15 minutes' walk away. We will be back if the opportunity arises.

First of all the staff was just absolutely wonderful and attentive to all our needs. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Even though we did not have supper at the hotel the prices were very reasonable in comparison to other restaurants. I will most definitely return again for a stay at the Knysna Log-Inn Hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything I needed. Within just a quick 2-minute walk, I was able to explore the vibrant waterfront area, with its amazing selection of delicious restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything I wanted just steps away.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service, comfort, and location are top-notch.

I was completely blown away by the kindness of the staff towards my frail mother. They were always smiling, always patient. And when I requested a feather pillow, it was on my bed in 10 minutes. I was impressed.

We had a lovely Easter break at a charming wooden hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. The location was unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from the marina area and plenty of local restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the helpful staff.

The hotel could benefit from some updates, especially the older style TV in the room. The pool was small and could be crowded during busy times.

the hotel is in a great location and is an ideal stopover for those doing the garden route by car as there is a car park

I recently stayed at the Log-Inn hotel in Knysna and had a generally pleasant experience. The database provided accurate information about the hotel, including the fact that the rooms were comfortable with great blackout curtains. This made it easier to have a bit of a sleep-in or an afternoon snooze, which was a real treat while on holiday. I loved the fact that our room had a balcony, and we could even climb over to access our own balcony area. It added a nice touch of privacy and outdoor space.

One minor issue was that the windows in our room were dirty, which was slightly disappointing.
